COORDINATOR (ORDER EXECUTIVE)
A coordinator is responsible for proper management and execution of your orders. The coordinator’s job is to allocate the tasks in the team of translators, and monitor the processes of translation, proofreading and editing. The project coordinator is especially important when it comes to large and complex tasks, specialist texts, or translation service for companies. The coordinator makes sure that the translated texts are coherent, and that unified vocabulary is used.
TRANSLATOR
Our translators are professional trade practitioners. These educated and devoted language experts keep updating their knowledge. Translateria embraces people of great skills and ambition whose primary interest lies in the quality of the task performed. Our team comprises plenty of experts in various fields who deal with specialized texts that are entrusted to Translateria. Translators are responsible for the subject liability and linguistic correctness of the final result of their work. Having completed the translation, they perform a preliminary verification of the text.
PROOFREADER (VERIFIER)
The person in charge of text proofreading is fluent at both source and target languages, and, most frequently, such a person is also a translator, experienced in translating in a particular field. Proofreaders scrutinize both a source text and a target text, and perform a detailed comparison of these two texts, and they correct any possible mistakes in its content or style. They are responsible for ensuring that the translated text is in harmony with the original text.
EDITOR
The editor is responsible for the final verification of the translation. Editors make stylistic corrections, removes spelling mistakes, etc. Similarly to the translator and the proofreader, the editor is a person with excellent language competence and text editing skills. They are responsible for such aspects of the target document as the layout, grammatical and spelling correctness, proper punctuation, etc. Editing tasks are entrusted to a person for whom the target language is the native one, and who has specialist language competence. The editor, in cooperation with the translator, also adjusts the stylistic layer of the document to the customer’s needs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer Service employees are responsible for direct contact with the customer, they provide any required information, accept orders, and deal with administrative process of their execution. Additionally, they support the Coordinator in administering translation projects.
